In the context of our hardware product development, we are constantly seeking embedded software engineers to support project teams in product design. At Kickmaker, skills in C, embedded Linux, and Yocto are highly valued.

🚀 Your Responsibilities 🚀

• Definition of project requirements, based on the client's needs.
• Design and development of the firmware/software component.
• Unit tests, functional tests & documentation.
• Continuous integration and deployment.
• Iterative sprint cycles with client feedback integration.
• Ensuring the quality of established processes and compliance with current HSE standards.
• Participating in defining eco-design and industrial relocation approaches.
• Participating in/implementing/conducting life cycle analyses of products to improve their CSR impact.
• Implementing eco-design analysis guidelines in product development.

💡 Profile Sought 💡

• Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree in embedded computing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded product firmware development:
  • Development on microcontrollers in C, C++ for STM32, ESP32, Nordic targets, etc.
  • Embedded Linux development (Qt, Yocto, etc.).
  • Development of testing tools (Python, C#, Java, etc.).
• Knowledge or experience with various technologies, such as:
  • Fieldbuses: CAN, RS-232, RS-485.
  • Wireless communication: BLE, LoRa, LTE.
  • Interaction with sensors: UART, I2C, SPI.
• Knowledge of electronics (reading schematics, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.).
• Good knowledge of motor control and servo algorithms is a plus.
• English is a must.
